Sugar

This hard-boiled L.A. neo-noir contemporary detective show from Apple has a couple of people trying to learn more about the titular detective, John Sugar, who [spoiler alert!] in later episodes turns out to be an alien. Delightfully they call up a transcript of his first two years at Vassar which contains actual classes with actual course numbers, and the correct address.
