Gilmore Girls

ComedyFilm & TelevisionLauren Graham
  • Season 2, Episode 2 “Hammers and Veils” [Oct. 9, 2001]
  • Season 2, Episode 21 “Lorelei’s Graduation Day” [May 14, 2001]
  • Season 3, Episode 9 “A Deep-Fried Korean Thanksgiving” [Nov. 26, 2002]

Vassar showed up three times in this extremely popular show (the Warner Brothers studios tour still points out the area used as Stars Hollow on the backlot in 2025) about a young mom raising a teenager in an idyllic New England town. Nothing so remarkable here—a character point for a place where a smart and/or well-bred girl should want to go.

Thanks to Jim German for the tip.
